Today I started a 4 week experiment with Brad Pilon’s Eat Stop Eat.

Based on reading the book it seems well researched, but it’s always nice to try out new stuff before recommending it to other people.

So today at 11 am I began a 4 week intermittent fasting experiment.

It’s 17:30 pm right now and I’ve been fasting for 6 and a half hour now – or more precisely 10 and a half hour because I had my breakfast at 7 am.

Since then I haven’t eaten anything – the only thing I’ve consumed is 3 glasses of water.

Around 13.00 I had my first effect of fasting – I felt hungry. Or maybe it was just sugar cravings because at 14:30 I was back to normal again.

Right now I have a craving for something – It’s not food I’m craving and I’m not feeling hungry, but the taste buds on my tongue is missing something.

In a few hours I’ll head for the gym and it’ll be interesting to see how half a day of fasting affects my weight training.
