Turbulence Training Transformation Contest #5 is over and if you haven’t voted yet then hurry over and pick your winner (voting ends Thursday August 27).

I’m one of the finalists, and I’m damn proud of it.

Not only did I turn a fragile and painful physique around and created a solid, strong and sturdy base to build from, I also dropped 7 kilo in the process.

I really enjoy the TT workouts, so I plan to enter the 6th transformation contest that starts August 31st.

It’s 12 weeks of workouts, commitment and journaling – and it’s the most rewarding time ever.

The transformation you can go through by staying committed in 12 weeks is amazing and enough motivation really, but the prizes at the end adds to it.

And this contest Craig Ballantyne has put a twist to the contest – everybody who completes the contest will receive an additional 6 months worth of forum access.

If you’ve been thinking of buying Turbulence Training (which includes 3 months of forum access) then you’ll essentially end up with 9 month of forum access instead.

The contest ends December 11th, so you can actually start anywhere between August 31st and September 18th and still do a full 12 week contest.

Word of advice: Don’t start too late. You will have to have your after-shots taken on day 84 since your start and write a 300 word essay about your transformation and if you wait until September 18th to start then you’ll have to write your essay on the last day of the contest.
