September Turbulence Training Challenge

August 26th, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

Each month Craig Ballantyne from Turbulence Training issues a challenge – something that’s designed to push you.

In August it was a Pull-up/Chin-Up challenge, which left many people (including me) out of the challenge.

But the September challenge is much more manageable, and there’s a nice bonus attached to it.

I’ve grabbed the following from the members forum where Craig explains the challenge.

Hey everyone!

Here’s a challenge I think everyone can get behind…

1) Pick any activity you want, preferably one that is a good challenge for you (i.e. mile time, pushups, chinups, etc)

2) Test yourself on September 1st.

3) If you improve your performance by 20% before the end of September, you get 1 month free at TTmembers.com

So that means if you can do 20 pushups on september 1st, you’ll get 1 month free if you are able to do 24 pushups before the end of the month.

Cool?

Everyone is “On their honor” here, so good luck and let us know how it goes.

I haven’t decided on any activity yet, but I’m thinking that the 5K I’m running on August 31 could be a good challenge for me.
