I’ve been participating in 2 of Craig Ballantyne’s 12-week transformation contests, and I’m planning on competing in the one that starts May 1st.

But Craig isn’t the only one running transformation contests, followers of Vince DelMonte’s workout programs just finished a 12-week transformation challenge – and it’s time to vote your favorite transformation to the top.

Spending 12 weeks where you radically change your diet and push yourself harder and harder in the gym everytime you work out is challenging, so these finalists really deserve that you cast your vote.

Taking part in one of these transformation contests is one of the best ways to stay committed – 12 weeks is short enough that you can stay on track and long enough to see some serious results.

Add to that the competitive component as well as the support you typically get from sharing your ups and downs with other contestants in the online forums and you really have primed yourself for successfully following through.

I lost 15 pounds in my first transformation contest, and have since put back a few of those so I’m absolutely ready to give it a go again.
