I just picked up a copy of Joel Marion’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet – or XFLD for short that has been promoted heavily these past weeks by various people in the diet and workout business.

I’m going to use XFLD in the first 3 weeks and the last 5 weeks of my Turbulence Training Transformation Contest, and will probably rely on Eat Stop Eat in the 4 weeks inbetween.

I have 15 kilo to lose to reach my goal weight and a six pack to develop and I’m confident that I’ll reach both goal during the next 12 weeks.

I’ll pick up a newspaper Saturday morning to get my “Before” pictures taken, and then I’ll venture into what I believe will be 12 challenging weeks – but I have no doubt that I will reach my goals.

Getting from 110 kilo down to 90 was “relatively” easy, but since I reached 90 kilo I’ve gained 5 kilo again and my start weight at the beginning of this competition is 95 – and I’m guessing that the last 15 kilo will be harder that the first 15.

But between the Turbulence Training workouts, Brad Pilons approach to losing weight (both of which I’ve successfully followed before) and Joel Marions new program I have the best of hands.
