Turbulence Training Clash of the Titans
Right now I’m fleshing out the next 12 weeks diet and exercise plans.
I grabbed my copy of XFLD through Craig Ballantyne‘s affiliate link to get my hands on the special workout program he tailor made for XFLD.
This is my current planning for the next 12 weeks:
Week 2: XLFD / Clash of the Titans
Week 3: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
Week 4: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
Week 5: ESE / TBD
Week 6: ESE / TBD
Week 7: ESE / TBD
Week 8: ESE / TBD
Week 9: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
Week 10: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
Week 11: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
Week 12: XFLD / Clash of the Titans
When I put this plan together I worked my way backwards and put the 25 day XFLD diet period right at the end.

Before that I put in a 4 week period because Joel recommended a 4 week break between each of the 25 day periods.
The diet during that period will follow ESE with 2 fast days per week.
I’m yet to decide which TT workout I’ll follow in those 4 weeks, but I might go for BDHC or AAA Abs.
Just before the ESE period I’ll do 3 weeks (4 XFLD cycles) following Clash of the Titans.
The reason I’m not starting out with a full 4 weeks of XFLD is simply because there’s just not enough time for me to digest the information in XFLD and properly prepare before tomorrow morning when I’m starting.
So instead I’m starting out with TT 2K9 because it’s one of the workouts I’ve done before and I don’t have to learn the proper form for a new exercise first.
The first week will be an ESE week as well.
Once I’m done reading through XFLD I’ll return with a preliminary XFLD review – once I’m done with the 3 weeks of XFLD I’ll be back again with an intermediate review and once the entire 12 week transformation contest is over and I’ve been through 9 XFLD cycles I’ll be back once more with a final review of XFLD.

Great post, I had to read this really slow. People should never forget the importance of a healthy life. And from time to time a eating plan cannot do such big harm, just try it.
