Woke up at 3 AM after only 3 hours of sleep – and then slept until 6 AM which is half an hour before my alarm clock usually goes off.

Body: Still sore from the mountainbike training Wednesday night, but surprisingly fresh and awake. It’s been a long time since I woke up this early with this much energy.
