Craig, Vince and Joel are not the only ones launching transformation contests – Tom Venuto also just announced a 14 week summer transformation contest.
The first prize is a trip to Maui – with a 6 night stay at a cool hotel + other perks.
And unlike the other transformation contests Tom have several categories you can try to win.
There’s Most Inspirational, Most Ripped, Best body recomposition, Most supportive and Top team.
Registration for the contest has already started and it’s open until May 30th, so you have little under a week to decide if you want to join Tom’s challenge.
I haven’t tried Tom’s fat burning and muscle building program myself because I already have Craig’s Turbulence Training (which is predominently exercise), Brad’s Eat Stop Eat (which is exclusively focused on the diet part of the equation) and Joel’s Xtreme Fat Loss Diet (which is both diet and workout plans, but only for short 5×5 day periods)
But one thing I know, and that is that it’s much easier to stick to the plan once you’ve committed yourself to a challenge, joined a support forum and taken your before pictures.
There’s nothing more powerful than popping into the forum to post your diet and exercise stats for the day, reading the answer to a calorie question you asked the day before, venting your frustration with lack of progress or temporary setbacks and supporting someone else who needed a bit of moral support.
