- Quad Hop to Flat Foot Squat
- Knee Drop Spinal Rock to Butterfly
- Springing Tripod
- Swinging Plank
I don’t know about you, but I’ve never heard of those exercises before.
There are some nice pictures demonstrating the exercises in the PDF below, but if you need videos illustrating the entire movement then you’ll need to go and register on the TACFIT site.
The Israeli Challenge looks like a demanding 20 minute circuit.
I’m currently doing the Turbulence Training workouts as part of the Turbulence Training Transformation Contest, so I’m not going to introduce “foreign” exercises into the schedule, but I’m definitely up for taking this challenge once the 12 Turbulence Training weeks are up.
