Kareem Samhouri and the pre-launch for DEFL 2.0 is coming along nicely and today he added another page with a cool 3-exercise workout.

You can do the exercises at home since they don’t require any heavy gym equipment.

But they do require 2 Dyna Discs, a medicine ball, a dumbbell and 2 weight plates to do.

I haven’t got any Dyna Discs at home, no medicine ball and no plates either, but the dumbbell exercise can easily be done.
