I just watched through a series of some of the free workout videos that Kareem Samhouri is giving away as part of his Doubled Edge Fat Loss (DEFL) 2.0 program launch.
Today it was all bodyweight exercises – no need for Dyna Discs or dumbbells as in the previous videos.
It was “just” a 5-exercise mini circuit with 50 seconds activity followed by 10 seconds rest while you’re transitioning to the next exercise.
The idea behind these videos is to wake up your body. Your lungs and heart have been idling throughout the night, but now you’re filling your lungs with air and getting your heart pumping blood through your system.
