The winners in the different categories from the 8th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest have been announced.

If you’ve been thinking about starting to exercise to get in shape and shed the extra pounds but haven’t found the motivation to get started then you owe it to yourself to go check out their stories because they are truely inspirational.

One thing I realized when I competed – and became a finalist – in one of Craig’s transformation contests, was that 12 weeks is short enough to keep focused the whole time and long enough to see some amazing results.

I’m personally a big fan of the TT workouts and even more of the biggest asset Craig has; his members forum. 12 weeks with support and motivation from Craig, other TT members and most of all the other transformation contestants makes one of these transformation contests the best way to change you life around.
