I just received another email from Kareem Samhouri with a link to yet another free video (which is all part of his big DEFL 2.0 launch).
Kareems recaps his Energy System Training where he talks about ATP-PC, Aerobic and Anaerobic energy systems and then shows one of the Giant Sets with squatted dumbbell presses, vertical dumbbell pushup where you do pushups while balancing one or both feet on a dumbbell, horizontal dumbbell curls with reverse lunges – final exercise is rocky one-armed planks where you balance on the dumbbell.
