In preparation for what will be my massive health and fitness transformation of 2009 I’ve begun looking for a fitness diary.
I’m looking for one that will help me
- Enter meals – including nutritional information
- Enter my mountainbike trips
- Enter my runs – including interval training
- Enter other types of cardiovascular exercises
- Enter weight training data – exercise/sets/reps/cycles/weight
- Enter track-worthy data such as weight, resting heart rate, cholesterol numbers, blood sugar levels, body fat percentages, VO2MAX, hours of sleep and different circumsizes
- Enter moods, energy levels and training intensity
- Add pictures to get a visual track of how I’m progressing
If you know of one such online finess and health diary then I’d love to hear about it.
