First Turbulence Training Motivation Contest winner picked

April 30th, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

Craig ballantyne just picked the first winner in his Motivation Contest.

Congratulation to Mike from Pressing On - Mike goes home with a 1 year subscription and a brand new video camera.

The Motivation Contest is over, but you really owe it to yourself to go there and read some of the excellent entries from over 300 people who want to lose weight and get into shape.

I bet there are several comments that you can relate to and use to get yourself motivated to start doing something about that extra weight you’re carrying around.

I’m ordering Craigs program this weekend so I’m ready to start the actual Transformation Contest on Monday

Turbulence Training Transformation Contest

April 29th, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

I’ve signed up for Craig Ballantyne’s Transformation Contest.

But before you read any further please go visit his Motivation Contest

Craig is holding a motivating contest before the Transformation Contest starts – but there’s a deadline

“the contest ends Wednesday, April 29th at 11:59pm EST”

It’s a long page consisting of one blog post and 309 blog comments from people hoping to win the motivation contest for a 1-year Platinum Turbulence Training Membership and a Flip Video Camera.

If you’re up for the challenge and want a shot at the Motivation Contest then hurry over before April 29th at 11:59pm EST

Once you’re done posting your comment to enter the contest come back here and read on…
… back, good

If you didn’t just scroll down to the bottom of the page to enter the contest you might have noticed my comment over there.

Yep, I’ve entered the Motivation Contest and I’m also going to buy Craig’s Turbulence Training program (taking advantage of his trial offer) and enter the Transformation Contest itself.

If you’re up for it and need a buddy you can sweat, hurt, burn fat and build muscle with then get in touch.

Stressed?

April 21st, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

It’s one thing to take good care of your physical health, but how about your mental health?

I just came across this 10 minute relaxation audio in the LearnOutLoud newsletter which might be worth a download.

Once I’ve made room on my own mp3 I’ll keep it there for, as one of the commenters on the LearnOutLoud site put it,  ”emergency calming & focusing!”

Just promise me you won’t listen to it while driving ;-)
