Who is Craig Ballantyne?

Craig Ballantyne has a M.Sc. degree in Exercise Physiology and is a certified CSCS and own CB Athletic Consulting, Inc.

He’s a writer/contributor/advisor/expert to Fitness Magazine, Men’s Health Magazine and Oxygen.

He’s also the author of Turbulence Training For Fat Loss which is how I learned about Craig.

I started using Craig’s workout programs when I took part in the 5th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest in 2009.

I ended up as one of the finalists in that transformation contest, but in the end it was a Norwegian dude named Guttorm who won if after dropping 27 pounds during the 12 weeks.

Craig also runs 2 different blogs: Turbulence Training and TT Fat Loss that gets updated daily.

On his Facebook page he holds a daily 15 minute qna session about workouts, so that’s an easy way to get Craig to answer a few questions before deciding to get his programs yourself.
