Master Cleanse Progress: 101.1 kilo

February 1st, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

I’m still impressed with the Master Cleanse Diet – who wouldn’t with a 1.8 kilo weightloss in one single day :-)

Salt Water Flush is not a big issue anymore, so that’s the worst part of the Master Cleanse Diet gone (or almost gone)

Energy wise I’m at the same level I was when I started.

And I haven’t felt any hunger so far.

Last night I was tired earlier than normal, but maybe that’s because we were out all day at a competition with the horses – but woke up feeling fresh.

Master Cleanse Progress: 102.9 kilo

January 31st, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

WoW – 102.9 kilo – that’s 1.2 kilo down since yesterday.

Woke up in the middle of the night again, but went back to sleep straight away – and woke up early and feeling great.

The worst part of the Master Cleanse Diet – the Salt Water Flush – was alot easier today than yesterday.

I used slightly colder water than yesterday and it made a tremendous difference in how pleasant it was to drink.

I’m going away for the entire day, so I’ve prepared all my lemonade in two big bottles and pure water in two more.

If the results from Day 1 is indicative for the remaining 9 days then I’m really looking forward to the final result.

Master Cleanse Diet: Update end of Day 1

January 30th, 2009 by Henrik Flensborg

The first day on an all-fluid diet has been surprisingly normal.

Drinking the lemonade is a piece of cake.

Drinking plenty of water inbetween the lemonade is easy as well – especially since Im used to having a glass or bottle of water next to my computer when I work.

But the day has also presented a few unusual events or discoveries.

1) The salt water flush in the morning is absolutely the worst part of the Master Cleanse Diet. In the beginning it wasn’t a problem, but as I got closer to the full litre of salt water it got more and more difficult. Hope it will get a bit more easy tomorrow.

2) Not eating  white bread, cheese and Danish pastry with my coworkers this morning was weird.

3) Same thing goes for skipping lunch and having a few glass of lemonade while the rest of the team went out to eat.

4)  Weird as well to cook dinner and not eat any of it – not even while making it.

5) Last unusual thing is that my mouth is watering – don’t really know why.

Energy-wise if not experienced any noticable difference yet – I don’t have more energy and I don’t have less energy.
