The 5th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest is over and the votes have been tallied.
Unfortunately I finished 4th or 5th – and there were only prizes for the first 3 places.
The winner Guttorm had an amazing weightloss and is definitely a worthy winner.
He lost a whopping 27 pounds in 12 weeks following Turbulence Training.
Losing 27 pounds in 12 weeks doesn’t come from workouts alone – a diet change is also needed.
But when you combine an effective weight training program with a proper diet, have a deadline only 12 weeks away and add the accountability you naturally get from keeping your workout journal then it all adds up to a very effective fat loss training program.
The 6th Turbulence Training Transformation Contest is less than a week away and I’m already planning my goals and purposes for participating.
TTTC#5 for me was a jumpstart to get active, get rid of my fragile neck/back/shoulder and lose weight through a change in diet.
TTTC#6 will be all about staying active, building visible muscles and shredding the last 8 kilo.
I’ve got my diet completely under control. My portion sizes are under control. My sugar cravings are under control – I say no to cake and icecream at work as if it was the most natural thing in the world -in fact, the only thing I crave is healthy foods.
So, an 8 kilo weight loss during those 12 weeks should be relatively easy.
The main reason, besides holding my self accountable, is to get a good looking strong body.
It might seem superficial, but there’s something really rewarding about looking good
Before I started TTTC#5 I really didn’t think much about how I looked. I had perhaps gotten used to my 40 year old body and never really considered the possibility of looking like I did in my teens. But during the contest I began to appreciate not only the health aspects of the weight loss, but also my physical appearance.
My primary focus, now where TTTC#6 is about to start, is to get strong and with clearly defined muscles.
I’m hooked on Turbulence Training for sure, but how about you?
Health, weight and fitness levels as they should be?
Scared that you might fail if you try to undergo a similar change alone?
Why don’t you join me and all the other Turbulence Training members for this contest?
The worst that can happen is that you spend $40 (less than $4 per week) on the Turbulence Training manual as well as a truckload of different workouts from the archives, 3 month worth of forum access plus an additional 6 month forum access just for completing the contest (before/after photo and a 300 word essay)
The most likely outcome imo is that you’ll be healthier, lose weight and become stronger – and gain a ton of online friends in the process.
